    The Rubicon Models SdKfz 251/1 Ausf C is a plastic basic kit for the early Hanomag half-track vehicle. Included are MG options, tarp variations, and a driver figure, allowing the kit to serve as a basis for troop carriers and further SdKfz 251 conversions.

    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The SdKfz 251 was the central armoured half-track of the German Panzergrenadiers. The Ausführung C was one of the earlier series and still had the more complex hull shape before the later simplification of the Ausf. D. The type served as a troop transporter, weapon carrier, radio vehicle and pioneer vehicle. Rubicon's Ausf. C kit is accordingly designed as a basic model for further variants.

    Einsatz im Spiel

    The SdKfz 251/1 Ausf C is an early German armored personnel carrier for Panzergrenadiers. On the table, it brings infantry close to the objective and provides light machine gun support. It is particularly suitable for Early and Mid-War forces, before the Ausf. D became more dominant.
