Shipping & payment - clear, no fine print

Within Germany, shipping is always free - with no minimum order. Shipping costs are already built into the item prices, so you pay not a cent extra.

To every EU country DHL reaches by parcel, I ship for a flat 9,95 € per order - no matter how many items. Countries outside the EU (Switzerland, for instance) aren't included for now. You see the amount up front, not just at checkout.

On business days your order goes out within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2 pm usually the same day. If it ever takes longer, I'll get in touch on my own.

Shipping with DHL including tracking - delivered to your door, to a Packstation, to a pickup branch or on your preferred day. If items have different delivery times, I send everything together once it's all in (partial delivery on request).

Pay conveniently with PayPal or Klarna and enjoy their buyer protection - your money is secure. Plus all the usual cards and other payment methods.

Something not right? You get 30-day returns. A quick email is enough - as soon as the goods are back with me, I refund right away. Details in the cancellation policy.
