Shipping & payment: clear, no fine print

From 39 € order value shipping within Germany is free. Below that it costs 3.95 € per order, no matter how many items. What counts is the order value after discounts. Gift cards you buy do not count towards it.

I ship to every EU country DHL reaches by parcel for a flat 17.95 € per order, no matter how many items. Countries outside the EU (such as Switzerland) are not included yet. You see the amount in your cart, not only at checkout.

From 60 € of eligible items I take off 3 %, from 120 € it is 6 %. Applied automatically in your cart, no code needed, in all countries. Fixed-price German books, gift cards, special prices and build-your-own colour sets do not count and are not discounted. Not combinable with percentage discount codes; whichever discount is higher applies. More in the FAQ.

In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours on working days and reach you within 1-3 business days. To other EU countries it takes a little longer, depending on the country. If it ever takes longer than stated, I'll get in touch on my own.

Shipping with DHL including tracking. Delivered to your door, to a Packstation, to a pickup branch or on your preferred day. If items have different delivery times, your order ships complete in one parcel once everything is here.

PayPal and Klarna come with their own buyer protection. On top of that you can use all the usual cards and other payment methods.

You can also pay by bank transfer. You get the bank details right after placing your order, and they are also in your order confirmation and on your order page. I ship in one parcel once everything is here and paid.

You can return items for 30 days after receiving them. The 30 days are my voluntary offer, in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. A quick email is enough. As soon as the goods are back with me or you have shown me proof that you sent them back, I refund right away. Everything on withdrawal is in the cancellation policy.
