The Tiger I Ausf. E from Warlord Games is a plastic model kit for a heavy German tank in 28mm/1:56 scale. The set includes the tank, commander options, decals, instructions, and damage markers.

The model is supplied unpainted and unassembled and is suitable for German forces from 1942 onwards in Bolt Action and Achtung Panzer.

Hintergrund & Einordnung

The Tiger I was deployed from 1942 and was known for its heavy armor and 8.8cm gun. It fought in North Africa, on the Eastern Front, in Italy, and on the Western Front. Although its firepower was impressive, it remained maintenance-intensive and expensive to produce. Its reputation extended far beyond its actual numbers.

Einsatz im Spiel

The Tiger I brings strong armor and a dangerous 8.8cm gun to the game. It can threaten enemy tanks, pressure infantry, and secure important terrain points. Due to its cost, it should be supported by infantry, reconnaissance, or cover. In Bolt Action, Achtung Panzer!, and Chain of Command, it is a prominent focal point for mid and late war scenarios.
