    Beschreibung

    The T-34/85 Medium Tank is a Soviet plastic kit in 28mm/1:56 scale with a stat card, damage markers, information sheet and decals. The 85mm gun variant received a new turret and became a symbol of the Soviet tank force from 1944 onwards. The vehicle is suitable for both Bolt Action and Achtung Panzer! and can also be used for later conflicts such as Korea.

    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The T-34 series, with its sloped armor, shaped tank development in World War II. The T-34/85 received a new turret for the more powerful 85mm ZiS gun and continued to combine off-road capability, robustness, and ease of maintenance. The source classifies the T-34/85 as a Soviet symbol of World War II, referring to its very large production numbers. After 1945, the T-34/85 continued to be used by many states, including in the Korean War in 1950.
