    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The StuG III Ausf. G was the last and most produced version of the StuG III series. It was used as an assault gun and tank destroyer, combining a low silhouette with effective frontal armament. The StuH 42 option represents the use of a 10.5cm howitzer for infantry support. Such vehicles were present on almost all German fronts.

    Einsatz im Spiel

    The StuG III Ausf. G is an efficient choice for German anti-tank and infantry support in the game. The StuH 42 option allows for a more explosive-focused loadout. Due to the lack of a turret, the vehicle should be positioned to control fire lanes. In Bolt Action, Achtung Panzer!, and Chain of Command, it is a flexible support vehicle for the mid- to late war years.
