    Background & context

    On the tabletop

Within the Swiss regiments the grenadier companies were a further selection: taller men in bearskin caps, used for the assault. In Black Powder, 19 grenadiers in firing poses and five command figures give you such an elite for the early Revolutionary Wars. Place them at the point of the line that must not break under any circumstances. Together with the Swiss Guard musketeers you can defend the Tuileries in a scenario.
