    Pontiac, Kriegshäuptling der Ottawa, führte 1763 ein breites Bündnis nordwestlicher Völker gegen die neu besetzten britischen Posten - binnen weniger Monate fielen acht Forts, nur Detroit und Pitt hielten stand. Fast siebzig Jahre später zog Black Hawk von den Sauk mit einer kleinen Schar über den Mississippi zurück in die alte Heimat und löste damit 1832 den Black-Hawk-Krieg aus, der am Bad Axe River in einer Katastrophe endete. Zwei Aufstände, ein Muster.

    On the tabletop

    With Pontiac and Black Hawk you lead two very different uprisings in Black Powder. Pontiac, war chief of the Ottawa, captured several British forts in 1763 with an alliance of north-western peoples, and only Detroit and Pitt held out, a setting for sieges and raids. Black Hawk of the Sauk sparked the war named after him in 1832 by crossing back over the Mississippi. Both figures are metal and serve as leaders of your war bands.
