Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

With 20 infantrymen plus two officers, a drummer and a sapper you can field a battalion of the Vistula Legion, the best-known foreign unit in Napoleon's service, for Black Powder. From 1808 the Legion consisted of three infantry regiments of two battalions each and a lancer regiment. It made its name in Spain, where you place it in the battle line beside French line battalions. Together with the Legion's lancers it forms a Polish brigade of its own.
