    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

Two command figures on foot and one mounted give a battalion of your Russian line infantry of 1809 to 1814 its leadership in Black Powder. The mounted officer can just as well command a brigade. The period runs from the wars against Sweden and the Ottomans to the campaign against Napoleon. Historically the battalion commander set the direction while the company officers kept the ranks closed in the powder smoke.
