Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

The light battalions of the King's German Legion were considered the best marksmen in Wellington's army, and these six figures show the Lüneburg battalion skirmishing. In Black Powder you send them ahead of your line in open order, where their aimed fire ties down enemy skirmishers. The Legion was formed from Hanoverians who went to England after the French occupation of 1803. Several packs make a larger skirmish unit.
