Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

With this howitzer and four gunners in Warlord Resin Plus you add high-angle fire to the Dutch-Belgian horse artillery. The barrel is the same as in the foot battery, but the crew rode and kept pace with the cavalry brigades. In Black Powder the howitzer follows your horsemen and shells enemies behind cover that cannon cannot reach. Two howitzers and six 6-pounders made up a battery in the 1815 campaign.
