    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

From 1836 the Bersaglieri were Italy's fast-moving infantry, and in the Second World War they fought in North Africa and on the Eastern Front. Their own machine gun platoons covered the advance and held positions until the main body caught up. In Bolt Action this team of three men and a Breda M37 takes on that role, the air-cooled 8 mm gun that even the British SAS mounted on their jeeps when they captured one. Set it up with a clear field of fire covering a road the enemy has to use.
