    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

Fallschirmjäger battalions carried the 81 mm Granatwerfer 34 themselves, and in Bolt Action you field it as a medium mortar team in the heavy weapons platoon. It fires steeply over walls and rubble and so hits enemies hiding from direct fire. For games around Monte Cassino and other fighting from 1943 to 1945, three figures in paratrooper kit form the crew.
