Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

Two frames of cross and rail fence and one frame of stone bases make about 46 cm of field boundary. The 92 loose stones let you finish each section differently so the fence does not look mass-produced. In Black Powder it lines fields and roads and gives skirmishers behind it light cover, while formed units first have to get across it. Zigzag fences like this stood at almost every farm in North America and in parts of Europe too.
