Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

The Cardinal-Infante Ferdinand, younger brother of Philip IV, is the commander-in-chief of your Spanish Thirty Years War army in Pike & Shotte. Originally destined for the Church, he proved himself at Nördlingen in 1634, where he and his cousin defeated the Swedish army, a scenario for your Spanish troops. Afterwards, as governor of the Spanish Netherlands, he led the fight against France. The mounted figure is metal.
