This allows you to build a British force for the American War of Independence centred around the New York Campaign of 1776.

    The plastic miniatures are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Adhesives and paints are not included.

    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    In the summer of 1776, a reinforced British army landed near New York after General William Howe took command of the British forces in America. British line regiments, Hessian contingents, and allied indigenous fighters together formed a multi-layered force. The New York Campaign demonstrated the British ability to move large formations by sea and conduct coordinated operations. This set recreates that British-allied army of the early American War of Independence.

    Einsatz im Spiel

    This starter army represents a British-Allied force for the American War of Independence in Black Powder. The Line Infantry forms the core for fire lines, advances, and objective control. Hessian contingents and Woodland Indians expand the army with allied troop types, each with their own roles on the flanks of the battle line. Artillery and a mounted commander provide the necessary support for the set to be deployed directly as a cohesive army.
