    The models are supplied unpainted and unassembled and are suitable for late winter battles on the Eastern Front, in the Ardennes, or in Italy.

    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    Winter equipment became particularly important for German troops on the Eastern Front, but also in the Ardennes and in Italy. In the later years of the war, the Waffen-SS deployed squads with a mix of rifles, light machine guns, assault rifles, and anti-tank weapons. This armament reflects the high demand for firepower in the final phases of the war. Historically, the Waffen-SS remains clearly tainted due to its role in the Nazi regime's apparatus of power and violence.

    Einsatz im Spiel

    The Winter Squad is suitable for late-war scenarios with dense infantry firepower. LMGs, assault rifles, and Panzerfausts make it flexible against infantry, light vehicles, and at short engagement distances. In Bolt Action and Chain of Command, it functions well as a combat-strong squad for snowy Eastern Front or Ardennes scenarios.
