Hintergrund & Einordnung

The US Rangers were established as an elite unit based on the British Commando model and were characterized by their exceptional initiative and combat strength. They earned their legendary reputation on June 6, 1944, when, under heavy fire, they scaled the steep cliffs of Pointe du Hoc to neutralize German artillery positions. Rangers were deployed in all Western Allied theaters of war - from North Africa and the landing in Sicily to Normandy and the advance into the heart of Germany. As a veteran force, they combined superior training with high tactical flexibility.

In Bolt Action, Rangers are Veterans with Tough Fighters, Stubborn, and Rangers Lead the Way - one of the toughest US elite infantry options. The plastic box allows for flexible arming with M1 Garand, BAR, Thompson SMG, and M1A1 Carbine. Ideal for aggressive players who rely on assaults and close combat.
