Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

A two-man petard team and eight dismounted cavalrymen as escort form a storming party for sieges in the English Civil War in Pike & Shotte. The petard, an explosive charge fixed to a gate, was meant to open a fortification quickly, while the troopers in buff coats and armour clear the way and protect the team. In your scenarios the party has to reach a gate or palisade while the enemy tries to stop it from the walls.
