    Background & context

    On the tabletop

Six Red Army men in fixed poses ride on your Soviet tanks, each with a different weapon. The Red Army called this practice of carrying infantry directly on the tanks tankodesant, and from 1943 it was a regular sight in the major offensives. In your games the riders advance on a T-34 and dismount on contact with the enemy to protect the tank from infantry armed with anti-tank weapons. The resin figures are assembled with superglue.
