    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

The SU-85 was the Soviet Union's first dedicated tank destroyer: the SU-122 superstructure received an 85 mm gun instead of the howitzer, making it a dangerous opponent for Tigers and Panthers. It served at the front from August 1943 until the T-34/85 carried the same gun in its turret. In Bolt Action you fire at heavy tanks from cover and choose the position in advance, because without a turret you have to turn the vehicle. Decals are not included, and Achtung Panzer! covers the SU-85.
