Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

Scottish Covenanter armies took small frame guns into the field, a barrel on a simple wooden frame that could be wheeled or carried. The mule in this set carries the gun and its supplies, and three gunners serve it. In Pike & Shotte it follows your infantry where heavy guns cannot go and fires light shot or hail shot into advancing formations at short range. Any Scottish army of the period can field it.
