    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

The R40 is an improved R35: new running gear from AMX cured the rough ride and heavy track wear, and for the first time a radio was fitted, making it far more flexible tactically. It was only delivered in 1940, among others to the Polish 10th Armoured Cavalry Brigade in France. In Bolt Action you drive it ahead of your riflemen as a tough support tank and engage machine-gun nests. It fits French and Polish lists for 1940.
