Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

Pack B of the Parthian horse archers adds three more metal figures with composite bows, no shields and no heavy armour. In Hail Caesar or Clash of Spears they reinforce a unit built around speed and a high rate of shooting. At Carrhae such riders circled the Roman square and kept going for a long time thanks to a camel train carrying spare arrows. Mixed with pack A, the unit looks less uniform.
