    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

The Panzer I Ausf. B was really a training vehicle with two machine guns and thin armour, yet in 1939 and 1940 it made up a large share of Germany's tank strength. It gained its first experience in Spain with the Condor Legion, where it usually came off worse against Soviet T-26s. In Bolt Action you use it against infantry and soft targets and keep it away from enemy tanks. It suits Poland, France, the desert war and the opening months of the war in the East.
