    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

Instead of a turret, the Panzerbefehlswagen I carries a fixed superstructure with a larger radio and frame aerial, with room for commander, radio operator and maps. The early panzer divisions depended on radio, as it was the only way to command companies on the move. In Bolt Action you place it behind your armoured spearhead as a command vehicle, for games in Poland and France. Its armour only stops splinters and rifle fire, so keep it out of the fighting.
