    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The Panzer 38(t) originated from the Czechoslovak LT vz. 38 and was adopted into German service after the occupation. It was considered reliable and easy to maintain. The vehicle fought in Poland, France, and on the Eastern Front and was also used by Germany's allies. Its chassis later formed the basis for vehicles such as the Hetzer and Marder.
