Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

These two mounted officers command your Janissaries in Pike & Shotte while the rank and file march on foot. On the table you place them behind your ortas, from where they give orders to the units, and you can spot them at once by their silk, turbans and saddlery. An orta was led by the çorbacı, the soup master, since the corps named its ranks after the kitchen. Both riders are metal.
