Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

Three Janissaries, two of them carrying their orta's great copper cauldron on a pole, bring this force's most important emblem to the table in Pike & Shotte. The kazan served the orta as a rallying point the way a flag served other troops, and losing it was a disgrace. Use it as an objective your Janissaries defend and your opponent wants to capture. Historically an overturned cauldron was an open refusal of obedience, which makes good material for mutiny scenarios.
