    Late Roman heavy cavalry formed a central component of the Roman armed forces from the 4th to the 6th century. Equipped with mail and scale armor, spears, javelins, and swords, these riders represented a powerful elite troop.

    Einsatz im Spiel

    Late Roman Armoured Cavalry is used in Hail Caesar, SAGA, Pillage and Lion Rampant as heavy cavalry for 4th-5th century Late Roman, Romano-British or Gothic forces. In the game, they threaten flanks, exploit gaps, and can break battered or engaged enemies with a determined charge. They require space and timing, as their effectiveness primarily stems from movement, attack angles, and support.
