Product details

Background & context

Monte San Giovanni fiel in Stunden.

On the tabletop

Heavy pieces like this bombard breached fortified Italian cities within days during the Italian Wars. In Pike & Shotte you use it in siege scenarios against walls and gates, where light field guns achieve little. On the open battlefield it fires from a fixed position behind your line at advancing formations. As it is hard to move, choose its spot carefully at the start and cover it with your own pike blocks.
