    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

After the armistice of September 1943, part of the Italian paratroopers fought on at Germany's side for the Salò Republic and were equipped from Wehrmacht depots. That is exactly what the five metal figures show: two men with Panzerfausts, two with Kar 98k rifles and one with an MG42. The Panzerfausts work against vehicles at close range, while the MG42 gives the squad firepower. In Bolt Action they suit battles in northern Italy from the autumn of 1943.
