    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    According to Warlord Games, the M18 Hellcat relied on very high speed and kept its armor to a maximum of one inch. It was first deployed in Italy and subsequently became known in Northwest Europe, particularly at Arracourt and during the Battle of the Bulge. It was also used in the Pacific by US and Chinese Nationalist forces, primarily for fire support. In the Bolt Action context, the Hellcat is described as an armored car with a heavy anti-tank gun.

    Einsatz im Spiel

    In the game, the M18 Hellcat Armoured Platoon is primarily an anti-tank or tank destroyer option. The model is most effective when controlling fire lanes and threatening enemy vehicles at range. In Bolt Action / Achtung Panzer! / Chain of Command, it should be used with cover, positional play, and concentrated fire.
