Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

German paratroopers belonged to the Luftwaffe and therefore wore their own insignia that set them apart from the army. The markings on this sheet show in Bolt Action that your airborne force is not an ordinary army unit. After Crete in May 1941 the Fallschirmjäger fought almost entirely on foot, for months in the ruins of Monte Cassino or in Normandy, and they remain recognisable there too.
