    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

The ten mounted uhlans with their command let you field the Polish cavalry of the September 1939 campaign in Bolt Action. The riders carry sabres, and you can add the included lances if you wish. Historically this cavalry rode quickly to the fight and then mostly fought dismounted with rifles and machine guns, while mounted charges were made mainly with the sabre against infantry. On the table, use them as a fast reserve that closes gaps in your line or attacks a flank.
