    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

The eight figures by Paul Hicks show the Walmington-on-Sea Home Guard as the TV series Dad's Army made them famous: Mainwaring, Wilson, Jones, Pike, Walker, Frazer and Godfrey, plus Warden Hodges. In Bolt Action you field them as a Home Guard platoon. Rules and scenarios for a German landing in England are in the Campaign: Sea Lion supplement. Historically, from May 1940 volunteers too old or too young for regular service signed up for home defence.
