    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The British tank units of World War II relied on a clear division of roles: The Churchill proved to be a reliable infantry tank with strong armor that could also master difficult terrain. The American M10 Wolverine, supplied under the Lend-Lease program, took on the task of anti-tank warfare with its high-velocity 76.2 mm gun. The Humber Armoured Car, as a fast reconnaissance vehicle, provided mobility and battlefield intelligence. Together, these three vehicle types represent the typical tactical diversity of British armored forces from North Africa to Northwestern Europe.

    The set provides a versatile British tank force for Achtung Panzer! The Churchill, with its heavy armor, takes on the role of a strong anchor in battle, supporting infantry - buildable in seven variants, it is suitable for both North Africa and the Western Front.
