    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The BA-10 was developed in the Soviet Union in 1938 and produced until 1941. Rubicon describes it as the most widely produced Soviet heavy armored car before 1941, citing 3,311 vehicles built in several variants. Conceptually, the BA-10 was based on the BA-3 and BA-6 but received an improved GAZ-AAA chassis and stronger armor. It was used, among other places, at Khalkhin Gol, in Soviet operations from 1939-1940, and on the Eastern Front; it remained in service with the Red Army until 1945.

    Einsatz im Spiel

    The BA-10 is a Soviet heavy armored car designed for reconnaissance and mobile fire support. In the game, it threatens light vehicles and infantry, but should not be used like a true tank. It is particularly suitable for early and mid-Eastern Front and Finland scenarios.
