The kit offers choices of armament and luggage, allowing it to be individually adapted to your own army.

    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The BMW R75 was developed starting in 1938 at the request of the Wehrmacht and received a specially designed 750-cc OHV engine, which later served as the basis for BMW's post-war motorcycles. The powered third sidecar wheel with differential lock and selectable off-road gear ratios made the R75 maneuverable on almost any surface. Together with its competitor, the Zündapp KS750, it was deployed in Russia and North Africa - with the Zündapp being considered the superior vehicle after a testing phase. In 1942, BMW and Zündapp agreed to a parts standardization at the insistence of the Wehrmacht, with a view to a common hybrid model. In fact, only 16,510 units were built before Allied bombing brought the Eisenach plant to a standstill in 1944.
