The Tarantula moves across the battlefield on six legs, bringing a variety of deadly weapons to bear - from light anti-tank guns to twin cannons and flamethrowers, and even a rift-fed heavy gravity machine gun. The kit can be assembled in multiple weapon configurations to suit any playstyle. Optionally, a vehicle commander can be mounted or the turret hatch closed.

Hintergrund & Einordnung

The Panzerkampfgeher II Vogelspinne was developed as an improved heavy variant of the bipedal Spinne, by adding an additional pair of legs to reduce the bearing damage of its predecessor. The more complex drive technology and gyroscopic mechanics required a significantly lengthened hull design, which ultimately led to the vehicle receiving a new type designation. In contrast to the Spinne, the Vogelspinne has a fully armored, enclosed turret and can carry a rift-powered heavy machine gravity weapon in addition to conventional armament. The Recce special rule makes it difficult to intercept and an agile reconnaissance vehicle in the Axis army.

Vogelspinne Light Walker is a highly versatile Conflict '47 walker for The Axis faction. On the tabletop, it combines mobility, reconnaissance, and selectable anti-tank and anti-aircraft/autocannon roles.
