The Bruin is the Grizzly without fists but with heavy rocket racks. The 75mm gun stays, and the rockets deal with the rest: bunkers, gun emplacements and anything too heavily armoured for an ordinary hit.

    Product details

    Background & context

Every army in the Konflikt '47 setting sooner or later faces the same sum: a walker that can do a bit of everything can do nothing properly. The US forces drew the conclusion and put a pure firepower variant on the established Grizzly chassis. The gripping arms that make the Grizzly so useful in rubble were dropped in the process, and the space and weight went to the rockets. The Bruin is therefore no all-rounder but what you call for when a position will not crack otherwise.

    On the tabletop

For targets a Grizzly cannot handle, Konflikt '47 has the Bruin. On the same chassis it gives up the fists and carries heavy rocket racks instead, while keeping the 75 mm gun in its arm. Its job is bunkers, gun emplacements and heavy tanks. Bring it into a good position with infantry alongside before it opens fire, clearing the way for the faster elements of your army.
