Product details

Background & context

At the Trinity test the first American Rift tore open over Los Alamos, and Roberta Wells made its energy the subject of her research. When the first reports of reanimated German soldiers came in, she volunteered for Europe rather than stay in the laboratory. It took time before the troops took her seriously, and in the end she convinced them in combat, not in a lecture. In 1947 she is regarded as the USA's best hope of understanding the Dresden Rift, and for that she is given prototype armour for the Firefly jump pack, which she has long since been tinkering with herself.

On the tabletop

Roberta Wells jumps with the 109th Airborne in Konflikt '47, wearing a prototype combat suit with a Firefly jump pack, and leads your American force as a hero. A physicist, she has studied Rift energy since the Trinity test and volunteered for Europe when the first Totenkorps appeared. On the table you field her with your airborne troops, where her jump pack gets her quickly to decisive points. The single model is cast in Warlord Resin, and a base is included.
