Product details

Background & context

Konflikt '47 carries the Second World War on into the year 1947, in which rifts in reality throw technology and biology into confusion. The Soviet Union had already been working on enhancing soldiers with the Proletarian Hemotype Serum. Under Rift influence and with captured Axis documents, that became the fusion of man and Siberian brown bear. The Ursus are Moscow's answer to the Axis Schreckwulfen and turn out bigger and cruder than the German original.

On the tabletop

With six Ursus with claws and six with mauls, this bundle provides the entire close-combat element of a Soviet army in Konflikt '47. The twelve figures make four small units or two large ones. The clawed Ursus tear through enemy infantry, while the mauls make even heavily armoured opponents vulnerable. Created as man-bear hybrids from the Hemotype serum, they are the Soviet answer to the Axis Schreckwulfen. Lead them quickly to the enemy in small squads and let them do their work in close combat while your riflemen and walkers provide covering fire.
