The Soviet-developed sonic pressure shock cannons are brutally effective against infantry and unarmored vehicle crews: they use ultra-low frequencies bundled into an energy pulse, acting like a battering ram. The beam rapidly dissipates in the atmosphere, but can disorient and incapacitate large infantry formations at once.
