Product details

Background & context

While the Western powers put their Rift research into energy cannon and walkers, the Soviet bloc built weapons aimed at the man rather than the metal. The Zvukovoy Projektor works with sound below the threshold of hearing and puts crews out of action without penetrating the hull. The T-34 was the obvious carrier: a proven chassis, every workshop knows every bolt in it, and a new turret is fitted faster than a tank is developed. The result was a vehicle that accompanies assault regiments and wears down the enemy line before the assault troops go in.

On the tabletop

The T-34/ZP is a Soviet Bloc medium tank in Konflikt '47: the proven T-34 chassis carries a turret with the Zvukovoy Projektor. This sonic weapon hits whole groups with its shockwave and targets crews, gun teams and infantry in cover rather than armour plate. So lead your assault wave with it to weaken the enemy line before your infantry goes in. The hull is plastic, the turret resin and metal.
