Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

With three more Companions in metal you can bring a unit of Macedonian Companion cavalry up to the size you want. In Hail Caesar they are Alexander's heavy assault cavalry, riding in a wedge and striking into whatever gap the enemy opens in his line. That is how Alexander decided the battle of Gaugamela in 331 BC. Your phalanx pins the enemy front while the horsemen seek the decision.
