    Description

The M5 Stuart was fast, reliable and proven thousands of times over; only its gun was no longer any good. In Konflikt '47 the Americans therefore put a new turret with a Light Tesla Cannon on it and send it off again.

    Product details

    Background & context

More than 20,000 Stuarts rolled off the production line in the Second World War, and they served in North Africa, in the Pacific and with almost every Allied army. By 1944 its gun was already too weak for anything that carried serious armour, whereas the chassis was faultless. In the world of Konflikt '47 the US arms industry solves this in the obvious way: the hull stays as it is, and the turret gives way to a design that houses Tesla technology.

    On the tabletop

In American lists for Konflikt '47 the M5A2(T) is a light tank that keeps the Stuart's speed, reliability and adaptability. As with the M3, the hull carries a specially designed turret, here with a light Tesla cannon replacing the old gun that had become too weak. Use its mobility to reach a flank or an objective quickly. The model is made of plastic and resin.
