    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

Throughout the Korean War the North Korean People's Army used the Maxim Model 1910 as its medium machine gun, often with a shield to protect the crew. It was mounted on a tripod, a sledge or the two-wheeled Sokolov carriage. Water-cooled and heavy, it was made for fixed positions rather than rapid movement. In Bolt Action the gun and its three crew form the base of fire for your KPA infantry; well dug in, it holds a sector while your rifle squads attack.
