The Kazak is the first Soviet light walker, developed through reverse-engineering of the captured Axis Spinne in Science City 4 - combined with plans for bipedal walkers stolen by SMERSH. Fast, agile, and with the Recce special rule, it is an excellent reconnaissance vehicle for the open expanses of Eastern Europe.

Hintergrund & Einordnung

Following their first encounters with the Axis Spider-Walker, Soviet forces strove to capture an example. Scientists and engineers from Wissenschaftstadt 4 successfully reverse-engineered much of the technology. Combined with plans for bipedal walkers stolen from the USA by SMERSH agents, the result was the Kazak - an agile, low-cost reconnaissance walker perfectly suited to the open and often difficult terrain of Eastern Europe.

Einsatz im Spiel

The Kazak Light Walker is a fast reconnaissance walker belonging to The Soviet Bloc faction. On the tabletop, it uses its mobility for flanking maneuvers, securing objectives, and disruptive attacks. The optional light anti-tank gun also provides additional pressure against light vehicles and walkers.
