Product details

Background & context

Konflikt '47 twists the Second World War into the outlandish: towards the end of the war, rifts tear open in reality and wash out technology that nobody understands. The British put their haul into a research department of its own and need troops who will try the new technology out under fire. A battalion of the Grenadier Guards is detached for the job, a regiment that has borne its name since Waterloo. After two years on the trials front they are known in the field simply as Rift Grenadiers.

On the tabletop

In Konflikt '47 the 7th Battalion Grenadier Guards trials new weapons from British Rift labs directly at the front. After two years the unit counts as shock troops as much as a trials unit, and in the field it is simply called the Rift Grenadiers. Use the ten plastic and metal figures as forward infantry that supports your other squads in the attack. Next to ordinary British rifle sections they form the spearhead of your Commonwealth force.
